En-Root Towing is hands down the BEST business around! Not only professional, but caring. Kerry was called out by Ford for my car, but given the wrong information by them. When he got to me he was honest and didn't want to mess my car up, so he had me call Ford back to bring back the right equipment. He had me sit in his nice, air conditioning truck and gave me cold water. When Ford told me I would have to wait another hour for someone else I was not very happy because my preschooler was stuck at school and they were closing. Not only did Kerry take me to go get my preschooler, he waited with us until the other tow truck got there to make sure we were safe and taken care of the right way. I felt like he was my guardian angel. Thank you Kerry, you are AMAZING!!

I had a horrible weekend. Had my car stop on me because of radiator and rod problems in the middle of the road, had to get it towed by Triple A to a local repair shop so they could tell me that the car was pretty much a bust. I live in Santa Ana and my car was all the way in Lake Elsinore. Kerry was just able to make the situation a lot less painful. I was afraid that towing it was going to be a ridiculous amount of money but Kerry's prices were more than manageable and his customer service was great. He was very generous on the prices and fees, great to speak to throughout the hectic process, and I would definitely call him again if I ever find myself stuck in the Inland Area (hopefully not!)

On my way home from San Diego and my fuel pump dies on my Chevy Silverado, 3 miles from my home and it's midnight. Off Bundy Canyon and I start dialing, and everyone I called either they were too expensive or didn't have a truck. No way I was going to leave my truck alone the night till the morning. Eighth company I called was En-Root and first question Kerry Root asked was "are you safe"? He made it on scene in as little as 15min, loaded up and we were gone. Dirt road, tight curves and in the middle of nowhere and it didn't even phase him. Price was so reasonable I had to tip the guy, gotta love a family business. Don't deal with corporate guys who work on their own schedules. Deal with family who will be there when YOU need them.

Great Service....Answered the phone when I called and was available to take the call with no hesitation. I had a situation where they had to come back in an hour to do the tow and they were really reasonable and came back on time.
Their prices are reasonable and you can count on them to be there...I would recommend this company for your next tow.

Kerry is FANTASTIC! I called based on his Yelp reviews and he did not disappoint! I needed towing from one location, storage for a couple of days and then towing to a second location. Kerry took care of it all for a very reasonable price!
I admit that I'm not an expert on towing services - I've only needed a tow once or twice, but I'd put En-Root up against any other towing company. Kerry arrived earlier than anticipated. I was mentally prepared to meet the stereotypical tow truck driver with dirty coveralls, greasy grimy hands. However, Kerry greeted me in a nice white polo shirt with a firm, clean hand shake. He was friendly, personable but professional. Everything about the experience left me feeling completely comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. These Guys are Fantastic what a god sent,our doors lock with our baby in the car and we called them and they where there with a few minutes! Had us in our car fast!
